A spicy and creamy sauce that goes well with a steak

Ingredients

  • 20 g of black pepper corns, crushed
  • 1.5 dl white wine
  • 30 g butter
  • 150 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter at a medium heat
  2. Add the crushed peppercorns and let it bubble for about one minute
  3. Add the white wine and turn the heat up so the alcohol simmers away for about 5 minutes 
  4. Pour in the cream and mix on low heat for about 3 minutes
  5. Take off the stove and pour into a little jug for serving
