A spicy and creamy sauce that goes well with a steak

Ingredients
- 20 g of black pepper corns, crushed
- 1.5 dl white wine
- 30 g butter
- 150 ml cream
Instructions
- Melt the butter at a medium heat
- Add the crushed peppercorns and let it bubble for about one minute
- Add the white wine and turn the heat up so the alcohol simmers away for about 5 minutes
- Pour in the cream and mix on low heat for about 3 minutes
- Take off the stove and pour into a little jug for serving
