Ingredients
- 300 g of basil
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 100 g of pine nuts
- 40 g of Parmesan or grana padano in thin slices or grated
- 0.5 tsp of salt
- fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Put everything in the blender and let it blend at a low speed for about one minute
- To eat the pesto, warm the sauce at a low heat for a couple of minutes on the stove, don't forget to stir!
