Ingredients

  • 2 kilograms of pork spare ribs
  • 4 pinches of salt
  • Greg's Famous BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the ribs up into four large chunks
  2. Baste each with Greg's Famous BBQ sauce on both sides and put into the fridge for about 4 hours before you intend to start cooking. Ideally I use a plastic brush, like one uses for brushing pastry.
  3. Heat the oven to 190°C and go over the ribs with the the BBQ sauce
  4. Put the ribs in for 20 minutes, then baste with the remaining BBQ sauce and turn down to 160°C
  5. Baste the ribs every 20 minutes for the next hour.
  6. Take the ribs out and enjoy

Tip:

Place the ribs on the grid and put a big baking tray underneath to catch the mixture of fat and BBQ sauce that will inevitably drip off the ribs. Clean the tray the same evening and you make the ribs...
