Ingredients

1 tbsp coriander seeds

1 tbsp cumin seeds

2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed

2 tsp freshly chopped chillies

1 tsp turmeric

2 tsp chopped ginger

0.5 tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pound the seeds, chopped ginger and chillies in a mortar
  2. Transfer the mixture to bowl, add the other ingredients and mix well together
