Ingredients
- 180g all-purpose flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 20 grams butter in small slices
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 180g of milk
Instructions
Mix everything together with a mixer, until the butter is no longer visible and cook in a hot pan. Each pancake needs only around 25 seconds per side to be thoroughly cooked.
For variation add blueberries or other berries to the batter and cook with the pancake.
Serve with a nice maple syrup.
