Ingredients
- 200 grams of chickpeas, drained
- 30 ml of olive oil
- 60 ml of tahini
- 50 ml ice-cold water
- 1 pressed garlic clove
- juice of 1/2 lemon (or lime for flavour variation)
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- sweet paprika
Instructions
Mix everything together and purée
Make a depression in the hummus with a spoon and pour some good olive oil into it
