Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • juice of one large lemon
  • 80 g of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic, through a garlic press
  • 1 tablespoon of neutral yoghurt
  • 3 anchovy filets or 20 g of anchovy paste
  • 1 tablespoon of mild mustard
  • salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. First pour the olive oil into a small bowl, followed by the salt and pepper.
  2. Next add the juice of the lemons to the mixture, followed by the pressed garlic, the yoghurt and the mustard.
  3. Now finely chop the anchovies, add them to the sauce and grate in the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Taste and add salt and pepper as necessary.
