Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- juice of one large lemon
- 80 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 clove of garlic, through a garlic press
- 1 tablespoon of neutral yoghurt
- 3 anchovy filets or 20 g of anchovy paste
- 1 tablespoon of mild mustard
- salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- First pour the olive oil into a small bowl, followed by the salt and pepper.
- Next add the juice of the lemons to the mixture, followed by the pressed garlic, the yoghurt and the mustard.
- Now finely chop the anchovies, add them to the sauce and grate in the Parmesan cheese.
- Taste and add salt and pepper as necessary.
