Tasty chocolate fondants finished in the oven. Molten in the middle, crusty on the outside, absolutely perfect. Serve with some ice cream for a really decadent finish.

Ingredients
- 60 g unsalted butter
- 60 g dark chocolate (70% and higher)
- 2 eggs
- 60 g castor sugar
- 60 g plain flour
- splash of rum / kahlua
Instructions
- Butter four ramekins and place in fridge
- Melt chocolate and butter together in a bain-marie, stir till smooth
- Beat the eggs and sugar together until thick
- Fold the chocolate mixture into the eggs
- Then fold in the flour and liqueur
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
- Bake in the pre-heated oven at 190 degrees for 13 Minutes, taken directly out the fridge
- Serve immediately!!
