A tasty and easy to make vegetable soup. Tastes great when cold too.
Notes: Best when puréed.

Ingredients
- Bunch of spring onions
- 1 cabbage
- 2 leeks without the leaves
- 3 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 celeriac
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- Maggi
- Bouillon
- 1.2 L water
Instructions
- Peel and roughly chop the vegetables, dice the spring onion bulbs, chop the stems
- Set a pot on medium heat, add the olive oil and spring onions, fry for 5 minutes
- Add the rest of the vegetables with the water and the bouillon
- Add 4 dashes of Maggi
- Cook for about 25 minutes until the vegetables are soft
- Purée and add salt and pepper as needed
