Ingredients
- 250g of white flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 g of brown sugar
- 60 g of soft butter
- 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 beaten medium eggs
- 3 to 4 very ripe bananas
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together except the banana
- Peel and then squash the bananas with a fork and add to the mixture
- Mix everything with a mixer until you have a fairly liquid batter
- Pour batter into a silicon bread form, like a rectangle
- Cook at 180°C for about 55 minutes, if the banana bread still feels soft, cook for another 5 minutes and check again
